Position:Accommodation Cleaning CoachType:Part-Time / Seasonal – working Mondays and FridaysPay Rates:13.21 per hourJoin our One Great Team here at Haven as an Accommodation Cleaning Coach,where you’ll lead, support and train a team of cleaners, ensuring we provide spotless, welcoming spaces for our guests to enjoy their next adventure!In this role,youllbe at the heart of an energetic cleaning team, providing clear direction and plenty of motivation.Youllinspire the team to make sure every caravan, lodge, chalet, or apartment is fresh, clean, and ready for new arrivals. Plus,you’llmake sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies.Key Responsibilities–Guide and coach your team to deliver impeccable standards,ensuring our guest accommodations arepristine, welcoming, and fully prepared for new arrivals.– Conduct quality checks of each unit, offering constructive feedback, support, andassistancetomaintainhigh standards.– Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used effectively and stored safely.–Maintaina safe, compliant environment, that upholds our commitment to quality and safety.Requirements– Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Cleaner,is valued but not essential; we provide training.– Ability to lead and motivate a team withgood communicationskills.– High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.–Good timemanagement and organisational skills.– Flexibility to work bank holidays and school holidays, as required.
