Lead Catering Excellence at a Large-Scale Operation

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Catering Manager to join our team in Minworth, overseeing catering operations within a large and fast-paced organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to lead from the front, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional food and service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day catering operation across a busy site
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing catering team
  • Ensuring outstanding food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Managing budgets, labour costs, and financial performance
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering service excellence
  • Driving innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement across the operation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing large-scale catering operations
  • Financially astute with budget management experience
