As a Deputy Manager, you will help create an environment where young people feel safe, secure, supported, and motivated to achieve positive outcomes.

The home supports children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), with a holistic and therapeutic approach at the centre of the service.

Through close collaboration with clinical professionals and support teams, the service is designed to meet the emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs of every young person in care.

The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, safeguarding, and operational standards are consistently maintained.

You will: Support the leadership and development of the staff team Help ensure the home operates in line with Childrens Home Regulations and Quality Standards Promote positive outcomes and therapeutic care practices Support safeguarding, risk management, and care planning Build positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals Assist with audits, compliance, and staff supervision Step into the Registered Manager role when required This position would suit an experienced residential childcare professional with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for improving the lives of young people.
