An expanding growth and private equity group looking to hire an investment professional with Private Equity and M&A expertise.
Job Description
We are looking for a Seasoned Investment Professional with Private Equity expertise.
The candidate should have strong modelling, deal diligence and structuring expertise obtained at large corporate or in major growth or private equity firms.
Required skills include:
• financial analysis and modelling,
• synergy assessment,
• earn-outs,
• deal structuring and documentation,
• operational integration and monitoring.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• Must be available immediately.
• Preferably with 3 to 4 years top tier successful experience in Investment Banking executions (with very strong modelling skills)
• Strong excel and valuation skills
• The ability to articulate and debate opinions on potential investments.
• Proven track record of success in previous roles.
• An entrepreneurial temperament, be highly motivated and a self-starter.
