As a Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling small and lightweight components using hand and power tools while ensuring products are built to exact specifications and quality standards.
Youll work from a seated or standing workstation as part of a friendly and supportive team.
What Youll Be Doing: Assembling components accurately using hand tools and power tools Following technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions Carrying out quality inspections to ensure all products meet required standards Identifying visual defects and reporting faults or equipment issues promptly Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines Completing repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Skills Required for this Position: Manual Dexterity & Fine Motor Skills Hand/Power Tool Proficiency Reading Technical Diagrams: Following xwzovoh blueprints, schematic drawings Quality Inspection: Spotting visual defects, measuring to exact tolerances, and catching failed units.
