As a Leisure Assistant, you will be helping with the responsibilities and operations of the day to day running of the centre.You will be undertaking a variety of roles asrequiredto meet operational needs,resolving customer queriesand keeping the centre clean and tidy. We are looking for anenergeticindividual with outstanding communication skills, driven by a strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate willdemonstratethe ability to work well and remain calm in high-pressure situations.Anunderstanding of Health and Safety principals and proceduresalongside general knowledge of Leisure Centreoperations and activitieswill be essential. As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability.
