Position: Client Partner, Switch Recruitment Services Ltd
Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and employee benefit consultants, is seeking an Associate Pensions Consultant. The role involves managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, focusing on DB pensions consulting.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is an existing Associate Consultant or a Senior Pensions Administrator aiming to progress in consultancy, manage their own client portfolio, and supervise junior staff.
The candidate will support senior consultants in designing and implementing funding, investment, and contribution strategies for pension schemes. Responsibilities include preparing materials for governance/trustee meetings and supporting new business tenders.
Applicants should have previous pensions experience in consultancy or administration, with good commercial awareness. Experience with both DB and DC schemes is preferred, but specialization in one is acceptable. The ideal candidate is personable, ambitious, and eager to advance their career in a busy consultancy environment.
