What you’ll be doing
- Owning and optimising Linux (Red Hat) environments across mission‑critical systems
- Supporting trading, risk, and analytics platforms with a focus on performance, reliability, and security
- Troubleshooting complex issues across distributed systems and high‑throughput workloads
- Automating operational processes and improving system observability
- Collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and application teams to drive best‑in‑class infrastructure practices
- Contributing to architecture discussions and long‑term platform strategy
What you’ll bring
- Deep experience with Linux (Red Hat) in enterprise or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of system performance, networking, storage, and security fundamentals
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues under pressure
- Experience with automation, scripting, and configuration management
