£120,000 – £160,000 + significant bonus + long-term equity potential

Most advisory firms still expect senior commercial people to create opportunities without meaningful infrastructure behind them.

This business already has the relationships.

Embedded accounting relationships. Referral channels. Existing transaction and deal flow. Lead generation infrastructure. A substantial wider client ecosystem.

The opportunity is not:

“build everything from scratch.”

The opportunity is leveraging and commercialising an already-established ecosystem more effectively.

This role is aimed at a senior commercial operator who understands how to:

  • build trusted relationships
  • create opportunities
  • influence stakeholders
  • coordinate introductions
  • help drive strategic advisory growth

The business is specifically looking for someone who operates with genuine commercial credibility rather than traditional sales behaviour.

This is likely to suit:

  • established origination specialists
  • relationship-led advisory Partners
  • entrepreneurial lower mid-market M&A and advisory operators
  • proven commercial operators with strong market credibility

The environment is intentionally different from many competing firms:

  • entrepreneurial rather than corporate
  • collaborative rather than political
  • commercially ambitious without unnecessary bureaucracy

Importantly, this is not a role for:

  • relationship holders rather than opportunity creators
