Global Payroll & Benefits Leader

McGregor Boyall is seeking an experienced Head of Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll operations across the UK and international jurisdictions. This role is hands-on and impactful, focusing on payroll compliance, audits, and developing a best-in-class benefits strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical payroll, stakeholder engagement, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with payroll systems such as Workday and ADP is preferred.
