A superb new opening for a Senior Property Manager to join one of the leading Property Factoring companies in their Glasgow office! Due to continued growth our client are keen to recruit someone from a strong Property Management background who can lead a small team overseeing factoring services to a busy portfolio of residential developments in the Glasgow area. If you are ambitious and enjoy team management this is a great chance to progress your career working alongside some of the most respected and successful people in the industry… Key duties: Overseeing the Factoring of a large portfolio of property developments – delivering excellent customer service and building strong relations with property owners Providing support to staff with day to day property management, guidance on technical issues and escalated complaints Carrying out property inspections and meetings with owners and residents associations Line management and involvement in recruitment You should have experience in a similar property management role, strong communication skills and the ability to guide/supervise and lead staff members. Permanent full time post based in the city centre of Glasgow.
