We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in schools across Ware and the surrounding areas, supporting learning during teacher absence.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absence
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support and engage students to stay focused on their learning
Gain valuable hands-on experience within a school setting
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, or anyone considering a career in education.

Requirements
Right to work in the UK

Two professional references covering the last two year
