Exciting opportunity for a mid-senior Corporate M&A / Private Equity Lawyer to join a leading global investment platform on an initial contract basis starting ASAP.
City location, hybrid working. Potential to go permanent.
Working closely with the Investments team you will support the business on a range of transactional work, taking a lead role on deals, ensuring best practice documentation and compliance and liaising extensively with external counsel.
You will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with training gained in a Corporate practice of a top tier firm. Subsequent in-house experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Bilingual in French would be useful!
