Production Operative – Earls Colne, Essex Ad-Hoc / Part-Time | 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.71ph from 1st April)| Weekly Pay

Prime Appointments is recruiting a dependable Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturer based just outside Earls Colne.

Please note: Due to the rural location, all applicants must have their own transport and be able to drive.

This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity, ideal for someone who is reliable and happy to work shifts based on business demand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Packing, labelling, and relabelling products
• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
• Preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Supporting general factory operations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food industry experience is a bonus)
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive and efficient work ethic
• Flexibility and reliability to work varying shifts
• Own transport and a valid driving licence (essential)

Hours & Benefits:

• Flexible, ad-hoc shifts based on company demand
• Typical working hours: 06:00-16:00 or 07:30-15:30
• 12.21 per hour (rising to 12.71ph from 1st April)
• Weekly pay
