Veritas Education are looking for a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our expanding London Office.
As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s success by identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier educational candidates for our schools. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop tailored recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Forge strong connections with schools to comprehend their staffing requirements and preferences.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
- Coordinate interviews, trial days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and schools throughout the placement process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the recruitment market.
- Business development with new and existing schools.
- Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager
- Sourcing and shortlisting CVs, and register education staff to fill school vacancies.
- Searching jobs sites for CVs
- Utilising the company database to recruit candidates
- Writing job adverts to attract candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Writing candidate profiles
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to build relationships.
