**The Role**
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated **Service Delivery Manager** to join our **Digital Solutions** team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and operational excellence of project delivery, ensuring all services meet strict quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
This is a **hybrid role** ; however, your base will be **Lutterworth** , so the successful candidate must be within a commutable distance. You will join a forward-thinking team dedicated to helping organisations manage and protect their most valuable physical and digital assets.
Regular travel to client sites within the region is required, making a valid UK driveru2019s licence and access to a vehicle essential for this position.
**What Youu2019ll Do**
In this role, you will: Lead the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, managing project P&Ls, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency and cost control. Serve as the primary interface for the customer, participating in regular business reviews to assess service quality and identify areas for continuous improvement. Monitor service performance against KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and escalating critical incidents to the global Management Team. Collaborate with internal operations and commercial teams to coordinate the execution of multiple parallel projects and manage external third-party vendors. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards while identifying opportunities for automation and digitisation to enhance service responsiveness.
**What Youu2019ll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in leading projects or teams with a proven track record of efficiency results. Strong knowledge of service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management within digital transformation environments or a relatable industry Proven ability in stakeholder management, communication, and financial budgeting/forecasting Strong communication skills A valid UK driveru2019s licence and own vehicle, with the flexibility and willingness to travel to various client sites across the region
