Role Overview
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide senior‑level, trusted support to the Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer and the Director of Operational Excellence & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted extension of senior leaders, anticipating priorities and enabling focus on strategic objectives.
- Own and manage complex, fast‑moving diaries and inboxes, acting as an effective gatekeeper.
- Progress matters efficiently, handling confidential information with discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, representing senior leaders with credibility.
- Coordinate senior‑level meetings, governance forums and offsites, managing agendas and follow‑up.
- Manage end‑to‑end travel and logistics, including complex international itineraries.
- Collaborate with the PA network to provide seamless support and cover.
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, using technology, automation and AI tools.
Qualifications
- Significant experience (typically five years or more) providing senior‑level PA or EA support to Chief and Director‑level leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion and credibility while managing sensitive information and multiple priorities.
- Highly organised, adaptable, with strong self‑management skills and resilience under pressure.
- Confident, articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong practical capability across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Interest in AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Professional, proactive and service‑oriented, with integrity and understanding of the confidential nature of the role.
