Deliver an exceptional arrival experience, greeting guests with warmth, poise and a personalised approach Manage spa reservations, including scheduling, confirmations and guest communications Guide guests through their spa journey, offering knowledgeable recommendations on treatments and retail offerings Coordinate with Spa Therapists and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery Handle payments and transactions with accuracy, discretion and professionalism Maintain immaculate presentation of the spa reception and retail areas Support daily spa operations, ensuring a calm, organised and anticipatory environment Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence and a solutionu2011focused mindset Uphold St.u202fRegis brand standards, rituals and luxury service excellence Promote a safe, compliant and wellu2011maintained working environment Take a handsu2011on approach to operational duties, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
