• Adhere to hours as per rota, Mondays to Fridays
• Be familiar with Club facilities and hours of operation
• Be familiar with the composition of all dishes on the menu
• Be critical of any items not presented in the correct manner
• Maximise opportunities to increase sales of food and beverages through upselling
• Courteous manner in interacting with Members and guests
• Working xwzovoh knowledge of the Clubs wine list
