Job Description
- Adhere to hours as per rota, Mondays to Fridays
- Be familiar with Club facilities and hours of operation
- Be familiar with the composition of all dishes on the menu
- Be critical of any items not presented in the correct manner
- Maximise opportunities to increase sales of food and beverages through upselling
- Courteous manner in interacting with Members and guests
- Working xwzovoh knowledge of the Clubs wine list
