Executive Partner – Legal Private Practice at Hydrogen Group

I am looking to speak to junior tax lawyers as the market continues to pick up with several top firms (US, international and boutique) in London making hires in this space.

NQs due to qualify in 2026 are also encouraged to register interest. This is an exciting time to capitalize on a busy market and make a move forward in your career. The ideal candidate will have undertaken a tax seat in their training contract or recently qualified.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage junior tax lawyers (NQ and those due to qualify in 2026) for opportunities in London
• Coordinate conversations with law firms across the US, international and boutique markets
• Provide market insights and advisory support to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Experience in tax law, ideally with a tax seat during training contract or as a recently qualified lawyer
• Interest in opportunities within private practice tax in London
