HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry DriverWe are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Bin Lorry Driver to work on behalf of a local District Council in the North Mansfield area.This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking driver looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with early starts and consistent hours.The RoleAs a Bin Lorry Driver, your duties will include: Operating a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV Class 2)Collecting domestic and commercial waste/recyclingLeading and working alongside a crew of loadersNavigating residential streets and tight access routes safelyOperating hydraulic systems to empty bins efficientlyCarrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have: A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licenceHeld your Class 2 licence for a minimum of 1 yearAt least 6 months HGV driving experienceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph CardGood communication skills and a strong work ethicAbility to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment Working Hours Monday to FridayStart times approximately 7:00amFull-time ongoing work availableAssignment rates starting from £17.75 per hour If you are an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for your next opportunity, apply today….
