People Partner – Artfarm People Team
- Base Salary £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
- 42.5 hours per week
- Daily in‑person presence in London. Monthly travel required to Somerset.

As a People Partner, you will lead and deliver a broad range of People practices across London and Somerset sites, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and a key support to the wider business. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while managing the full hiring lifecycle from attraction through to induction. You will oversee the delivery of the company induction programme and maintain accurate organisational structures across multiple locations.
In this role, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes, working closely with the Head of People to ensure consistency, fairness, and adherence to company policies. Alongside core HR responsibilities, you will play a key role in delivering People‑led projects and initiatives, taking ownership of engagement, wellbeing, and policy rollouts, while supporting the planning and execution of company‑wide events, recognition programmes, and cultural initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the People Director, Head of People and site‑based colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of People strategies across the UK, sharing insights and driving continuous improvement. With a solutions‑focused and innovative mindset, you will leverage systems, data, and digital tools to enhance efficiency, including strong use of Microsoft applications and AI‑supported workflows. Additionally, you will oversee HR administration and reporting, providing regular people data insights to support operational decision‑making. Throughout, you will act as a champion of company culture and values, fostering a positive, inclusive and high‑performing working environment.

What makes the perfect People Partner?
- Previous experience as a HR generalist or People Partner, ideally in hospitality or multi‑site consumer businesses.
- CIPD Level 3 required, Level 5 preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and advisory skills, adept at influencing at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and project‑management abilities.
- Tech‑savvy: experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
