Experience of mental capacity and best interests’ issues is essential, and while supervision experience or complex s.16 casework is not required, it would be advantageous.

This is a fantastic role for a conscientious, driven and organised individual looking to develop their profile in this area of law. You’ll be working alongside colleagues recognised in Chambers & Partners and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of junior staff as your experience grows. For those with up to 3 years’ PQE, we are particularly keen to meet candidates who are ambitious, team-focused, and eager to progress within the firm.
