Senior Commercial Property Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE – Cheltenham

Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £65,000 to £80,000 (depending on experience)

A well established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with strong commercial acumen to work on high quality matters with genuine client impact, while enjoying a supportive, collaborative, and people focused working culture.

The Role

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial leases
  • Refinancing matters
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Managing and developing client relationships
  • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the department
  • Contributing to business development and firm wide initiatives
  • You will play a key role in delivering high quality legal services while helping to drive the continued growth of the team.

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a Senior Solicitor or Associate with:

  • 6-9 PQE or 10+ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • A commercially minded, solutions focused approach
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • A loyal client following or strong client development track record
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindset
  • Strong business development skills and the drive to grow your practice
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues
