Job Title: Digital Print & Finishing Operator
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: 25,948 per annum
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 (rotating) – 37.5 hours
Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

About the Role:
Stafforce Recruitment is recruiting a Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join a growing manufacturing site in Chesterfield. You’ll be responsible for running print and finishing equipment, from preparing files through to final production, quality checks, and packing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital print and cutting machinery
- Prepare and send files to print
- Carry out quality checks and pack finished products
- Maintain equipment and report faults
- Follow all health & safety procedures
About You:
- Experience in print/finishing is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills and problem-solving ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and reliable team player
