Commercial Counsel 5PQE+ – Global Gaming / Entertainment Business
We’re working with a high-growth, global gaming and betting company undergoing an exciting phase of expansion. This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling international business with a strong market presence and ambitious growth plans.
You’ll be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking legal team, working closely with the business on high-impact, commercially driven work across multiple jurisdictions.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a broad, hands-on in-house position, partnering directly with key stakeholders and contributing to fast-moving, strategic projects.
It’s an ideal move for someone looking to transition in-house or step up into a more influential, business-facing role within the entertainment, gaming, and digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
- Supplier and service contracts
- Marketing, sponsorship, and partnership agreements
- Technology, SaaS, and platform-related contracts
- Data protection and privacy-related agreements
- Advise on customer-facing terms and digital products
- Partner closely with teams across marketing, tech, and compliance
- Support on regulatory and consumer law matters
- Assist with strategic projects, including potential M&A activity
- Help drive improvements in legal processes and contract management
About You
- 5+ PQE (England & Wales qualified) — although we will consider strong candidates outside of this range
- Strong background in commercial contracts from private practice
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in the entertainment, gaming, or digital sector is a plus
