Engineering Lead, People Tech Growth

Wise London is seeking an Engineering Lead (EL1) for the People Tech Growth team to shape the technical foundation of the employee experience, from attraction to offboarding. You will lead a globally distributed engineering group across London, Singapore, and Austin, delivering reliable, scalable systems and a seamless internal user journey.

As EL1 you will own the technical roadmap, drive end-to-end journeys, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver value.
