We are looking for a commercially minded Corporate Associate who is keen to make the move from private practice into an in-house role within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-known brand and get closer to the business, working on a broad mix of corporate and strategic matters while collaborating with teams across the organisation.
Alongside this, you’ll draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and provide pragmatic, business-focused advice. You will be encouraged to take a hands-on approach, managing external counsel where needed and contributing to compliance and regulatory matters relevant to the FMCG space.
Skills set required:
- Qualified lawyer 6 years + PQE
- Corporate background gained in private practice, ideally with exposure to transactional work.
- A genuine interest in moving in-house and working more closely with the business
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
