Technical Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Power Platform implementations
• Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems
• Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod environments)
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to Power Platform developers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform releases and roadmap

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Power Apps
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management)
• Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps, Git)
• Good understanding of security, roles, permissions, and governance in Power Platform
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such as:
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Experience leading enterprise or large-scale Power Platform programs
