Bank Team Leader

Overview

Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Wellesley Road in Camden. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality residential care for older people in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely communication with the Line Manager regarding residents’ needs and progress.
• Write and update care plans in accordance with guidelines and policies.
• Work collaboratively as a team player to implement care plans and support residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
• Use the latest care technology to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for older people in residential care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, patience, caring and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Completed or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary and Hours

Salary: £16.60 per hour.

Contract: Bank (zero‑hour) with day (07:45‑20:15) and night (20:00‑08:00) shifts.
