Recently Qualified Architect Job in South London

South West London | Salary up to £45,000 DOE | 1 day WFH

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Part III qualified Architect to join their team on high-end residential projects. The role involves residential refurbishment projects valued at £1 million – £6 million across prime London boroughs. You will lead projects across all RIBA stages and work closely with clients and contractors.

The ideal candidate will be a superstar creative with demonstrable experience producing and presenting design proposals to clients and strong technical abilities and skills.

Your Experience

• Part III qualified Architect with up to 2 years’ experience
• High-end residential sector experience in Prime boroughs of London
• Outstanding AutoCAD and Sketchup experience
• UK planning and listed building consents knowledge
• Experience across all RIBA stages and project running
• Traditional detailing, drawing, specifications, and materials
