Job Summary As Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving operational performance across Production, Quality, Facilities, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. You’ll shape and execute the operations strategy, embedding a strong safety first and continuous improvement culture while ensuring production capacity, resource planning and supply chain performance are fully aligned with demand, providing high quality product to our customer. Working closely with commercial and technical stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site’s ongoing growth, strengthening customer delivery and building a highly engaged and capable workforce. Lead and oversee all aspects of daily operations including production, quality, supply chain, stores, facilities and projects execution. Implement strategies to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Implement and maintain quality control measures within the production processes. Strong understanding of quality management system and processes. Contribute to the development and execution of long-term operational strategies aligned with organisational goals. Oversee and Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimise the supply chain delivery, ensuring timely procurement of materials and components Manage contractors and service providers effectively. Experience managing at least one of the following: production, quality, supply chain and maintenance functions.
