If have experience within a similar role, ideally from an engineering/manufacturing background, apply now for an immediate response The Job Youll Do; Handling inbound customer calls related to specific product enquiries Preparing tailored quotations based on customer requirements Communicating with customers about projects, lead times, delivery updates, and technical support Collaborating with the design team to cost and quote projects Processing and coding orders for handover to operations Maintaining strong customer relationships through aftercare support (returns, technical assistance, reorders, etc.) Working closely with the sales team to ensure lead times are met and deliveries are completed in full and on schedule Producing project take-offs by converting schematics into accurate, functional quotations About You; Experience within engineering, manufacturing or another technical industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Great interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and working knowledge of relevant software tools.
