Lead Nurse – Acute Medical Unit (12-Month Secondment)

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is offering an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse to join the team in the Acute Medicine Unit at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. This role supports ward managers and includes supervising the nursing team.

Applicants must be experienced RGNs with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage ward activities effectively. This position is a 12-month secondment to cover maternity leave, and flexibility in responding to changing workloads is essential.
