An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a highly regarded small animal veterinary team in Nottinghamshire. This role offers the chance to work within a Tier 3 veterinary hospital with an outstanding local reputation and a unique blend of first opinion and referral‑level veterinary care.

The Practice

This well‑established veterinary hospital is recognised for delivering exceptional patient care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. The practice currently employs 16 Veterinary Surgeons, alongside 20 Registered Veterinary Nurses and 19 support colleagues, creating a supportive environment where clinical development and teamwork are highly valued.

The Role – Veterinary Surgeon

This is a permanent Veterinary Surgeon role offering excellent clinical exposure, professional development opportunities and work‑life balance.

  • No Out‑of‑Hours (OOH) commitments, supported by a dedicated OOH team

The successful candidate will be confident with routine veterinary procedures and consultations in small animal practice. Applications are particularly welcomed from vets with a medical bias or interest in internal medicine, although all experienced Veterinary Surgeons are encouraged to apply.
