Asst Engineer/ Engineer (EV charges)

Job Summary: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on EV chargers at various sites in Singapore, ensuring operational reliability and safety compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining accurate service records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and oversee and endorse sections requiring LEW certification for EV AC Chargers.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on EV chargers across multiple sites in Singapore.
• Complete the relevant forms for submission.
• Update firmware/software on charging stations as required.
• Report faults during preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Inspect electrical connections, charging cables, and related components for wear and tear.
• Liaise with owners, facility managers, and the customer’s engineer/technical officer from the Tech Ops team.
• Maintain service logs and provide reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum qualification of LEW Grade 7 (Licensed Electrician).
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driver’s license.
• Certification as an Electric Vehicle Charger Equipment Specialist is an advantage.
