Do you know how to turn a great welcome into a memorable experience? We are looking for a polished, energetic, and service‑obsessed Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team in Edinburgh. This is the perfect opportunity for someone from a luxury hospitality, airline, private members club, or premium customer service background who thrives on creating exceptional first impressions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, confident, 5‑star welcome
- Creating memorable guest experiences through personalised service
- Managing visitor arrivals, meeting room support, and guest requests
- Handling calls and enquiries with professionalism and care
- Supporting events and workplace hospitality services
- Building strong relationships with clients, guests, and onsite teams
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standards across front of house
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within 5‑star hospitality, luxury retail, corporate reception, or airlines
- A naturally welcoming and professional personality
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Someone proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
The Details
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday rota between 7am‑7pm. Flexibility to support occasional evening events.
