At Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated Regional Lettings Manager to join Connells Group and lead an area covering several branches, the ideal candidate will be based central to the area around South Glamorgan.

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the area and recruit, induct, train, manage and lead your own team.

Our ideal Regional Lettings Manager is…

  • Preferably an experienced Branch Manager or a Senior Branch Manager who is ready for the step up or an experiences area manager looking for a new challenge
  • An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentoring a team on a daily basis
  • Able to prove a track record in generating new business
  • Resilient, proactive, Competitive who isn’t afraid to work hard to get the results!
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
