Head of Legal Learning – Global Strategy & Client Training

Kennedys is seeking a Head of Legal Learning to design and lead their global strategy for technical law training. This senior role emphasizes legal excellence and client-relevant training, working closely with HR and other departments.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE and experience in leading legal training strategies within a top-tier firm. You will also be responsible for developing training programs and overseeing their delivery.
