If you have a passion for logistics, stock management, and ensuring smooth operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Stock Management and placing timely orders with suppliers for consumables for clients and the officeLiaise effectively with clients, drivers, suppliers and the teamPlanning weekly deliveriesReconcile orders/invoices/credit notes etc.Issue stock to sites via softwarePurchase machinery and equipment for sites and managersHealth & Safety Compliance including COSHH manual management, Fire safety, PAT testing, DSE assessmentsTimely client communication and helpdesk supportArrange booking and training coursesTeam SupportOther duties as requiredRequirements for the role:Proven experience in depot or logistics management is beneficialStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communicationQuick thinker with a knack for resolving issues Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
