Job Description
The Associate Director will lead a high‑calibre transfer pricing team, supporting Partners and Directors while driving business growth and delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of tax specialists, coaching and supporting them to meet individual and team objectives.
- Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
- Build and manage a focused internal and external network to secure fee‑winning engagements for the business area and the wider firm.
- Act as lead on assignments or support the Director/Partner, ensuring the team is managed and developed accordingly.
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships, providing excellent client service with minimal supervision.
- Invest in personal development, working to achieve objectives across the scorecard and obtaining regular feedback.
- Act with integrity and in line with the firm’s organisational values.
Qualifications
- Qualified ACA, CTA or ATT with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
- Commercial awareness and strategic, business‑oriented approach.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop self and others.
- Experience managing projects day‑to‑day with limited supervision from leadership.
