Senior Implementation Consultant

Overview

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead software implementations at top‑tier investment companies, configuring Commcise’s product to meet customer needs and managing the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Project‑manage software implementations from pre‑sales to final delivery.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholder customers.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Client Services teams to deliver the full suite of Commcise products.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery activities across multiple projects independently.
• Work with Product Management on internal feature design, testing and sprint planning.
• Support clients in their ongoing usage of the software and help define enhancement requirements.
• Provide product consulting support to Commcise Sales teams in the US and Europe.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of demonstrable experience in customer‑facing implementation, consulting, or project management roles (software implementation a bonus).
• A growth mindset – embraces challenges, is persistent, adaptable and responds well to constructive feedback.
• Evidence of strong working relationships with client stakeholders of varying seniority and disciplines (across Technology and Business).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Ability to produce high‑quality solution summary documents, considering client needs and required deliverables.
• Strong organisational ability to balance multi‑week projects, anticipate problems and task‑manage others.
• Strong understanding of general project management governance approaches.
• Well‑organised, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise documentation in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Asset Management (not a pre‑requisite) and a strong delivery record.
• Knowledge of SaaS technologies.
• Experience in workshop design and facilitation.
