Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the ambitious and innovative Data Insight Team within our busy Highways Operation Centre. All the posts in our team are a mix of remote and office working, with the latter being based in the historic City of Winchester.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist with ongoing service delivery improvements through process review, digital innovation, and data insight.
- Develop our digital capabilities by using Microsoft 365 applications to enhance our data insight.
- Create Power BI reports and perform complex SQL data queries.
- Explore new tools and technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate to drive further service improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience developing Power BI reports.
- Experience performing complex SQL data queries.
- Willingness to explore new tools and technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and driven to join the team and support continuous improvement across Highways.
