To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Area Specification Manager Commercial– South East in fulltime and unlimited for the South East region .
Your tasks Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector Collaborating with other UK Teams and promotion the full JH range including Hardie Faade.
Processing and preparation of specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects), competition monitoring (incl.
market analyses and observations) and trend analyses You are smart? You have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or facade).
