Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, memorable guest experience
Recruit, train, and develop a team of professional, friendly, and engaged staff
Foster a positive, high-performing team culture with clear expectations and strong leadership
Maintain excellent product knowledge across beer, wine, food, and cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency
Drive sales and profitability through proactive business planning and local marketing initiatives
Conceptualise, develop, and implement events and activities to attract new and returning customers
Generate and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and overall profitability
Lead the Management Team in delivering promotions, campaigns, and marketing projects
Manage stock, costs, and financial controls effectively
Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food safety regulations
About You:Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within pubs, bars, or hospitality xwzovoh venues
A proactive, hands-on leader with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service
Confident in building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams
