The ideal candidate will be based in East SussexMy client is one of the leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for a busy and prestigious contract. This role is not for the faint hearted, with the team catering for almost 4000 people a day across various locations.As the Head of Catering, you will be responsible for multiple locations, managing 2 senior Managers and a wider team of 100+ staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team.
