The RoleAs Deputy Head of Catering, you will support the management of a busy and diverse catering operation, overseeing daily service delivery, team performance, and operational excellence.Managing and supporting a catering team of 40+ staff membersSupervising and working closely with 4 Heads of DepartmentLeading staff training, development, and performance managementSupporting financial reporting and budget control.Managing purchasing and stock control.Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and risk assessments.Driving exceptional customer service and presentation standards throughout the operation. xwzovoh Lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a positive working culture that encourages both employee engagement and improvement.
