General Manager – Glen Parva Manor

We’re looking for a General Manager for a food-led community pub on the outskirts of Leicester. Salary up to £50k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Glen Parva Manor is a Grade 2 listed manor house which dates back to 1452. The pub is situated on the outskirts of Leicester with gorgeous fields to one side, and houses to the other. There is a large garden popular during the summer, with a children’s play area and suitable for dog walkers. The pub offers full table service on one side of the pub and a bar area showing TNT sports.

The pub trades at an average of £30,000 per week with a sales mix of 50/50. It is seasonal, with sales fluctuating from £20k during quieter weeks in January to over £40k during the summer.

Management accommodation is available: a 3‑bedroom flat above the pub.
