This is an exciting role for an Experience Health club Manager to join a leading luxury wellness and fitness operator to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy fitness and leisure department within a premium spa environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Gym and Spa manager with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and experience managing high-performing fitness teams within a health club, hotel or spa setting.
The RoleAs Wellbeing & Fitness Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the fitness operation, ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences while driving revenue, retention and operational standards.
You will lead a large fitness offering including personal training, group exercise and wellbeing programmes, while supporting team development, member engagement and business performance.
This is a hands-on management role ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury hospitality and wellness environment.
