Spa Therapist – Part Time or Full Time

Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa are looking for a Massage Therapist to join their team on a flexible part-time contract on 6 hour shifts.

Spa Therapist – About you

• Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential
• Therapist experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel would be desirable
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering the best possible service
• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist

• To be knowledgeable on all facilities, products, and treatments offered within our stunning spa
• Provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members ensuring their wellbeing and comfort at all times
• Ensuring all treatments are relaxing, therapeutic and educative
• Continuously provide and exceed Chewton Glen’s 5 star standards
• Effortlessly build rapport with guests, members helping them feel relaxed and pampered
• To ensure discretion, respect and confidentiality are adhered to at all times
• To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is observed
• Confidently upsell products during treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge
